Our applications that can be linked to the customs software – e. g. eDoc (our electronic documents management system); Report Manager, which facilitates flexible inquiries; or Event Manager, an application that sends event-driven notifications – provide further opportunities to our Customers for more effective operation. Our customs IT system is our flagship application, which we can boldly say is a market leader in its kind in Hungary. However, it is important to note that Custom[R]s is a complex ERP (business management system), which is available in integration with our shipping (Track, GroupBy), warehousing (LogiStock), and accounting (Book) systems. Our software solutions support daily activity at a high level in the areas of logistics, supply chain, and financial areas alike. |
Our complex activities:
- Our integrated customs IT solution supports a wide range of customs clearance activities, from normal export/import customs clearance to economic customs processes.
- As part of our legislative tracking service, we ensure the regular and constant tracking of the legal environment; in fact, we try to anticipate the implementation of new legislation in the pilot phase, to the best of our ability, in cooperation with the officials of NAV (National Tax and Customs Administration of Hungary).
- Tracking the application environment, and in cooperation with the professional associations, we strive to ensure that our software is up-to-date, and serves as an effective professional support tool in every aspect.
