Today, it is becoming more and more possible (and sometimes even obligatory) for entities to fulfil their legal obligations through so-called electronic administrative services. As a result, the use of IT solutions is becoming more widespread, and it is starting to define a business’ everyday lives as well. The Internet-based declarations, returns, and other different types of electronic data services make it inevitable to represent entities’ rights from an IT point of view - already at the birth of a law.

Because of these changes, Régens has initiated the launch of the VJASZSZ Information Technology Department, whose aim is to collect those professionals who have decades of experience, and are also acknowledged by authorities. With the help of these professionals, the goal is to help and support member enterprises of VJASZSZ, and, from a wider perspective, entities in completing their obligations related to tax and customs from an IT point of view.

The presidency of VJASZSZ agreed with the formation of the department and as the source of the initiation, asked Régens’ representative, Erika Holczer to accept the task of leading the department. The founders are Régens Zrt., Microcomp Kft., and MindSoft Szoftverfejlesztő és Tanácsadó Kft. The VJASZSZ Information Technology Department will recieve continuous support from IFSZ Kft. and Biorobotok Kft. as well.

It is necessary to examine legislation by taking into account the relationship between the legal act itself and its consequences to digital economy and society - so the main aim of the collaboration of the department is that such an examination becomes a basic principle.

The main tasks of the IT department:

• Buliding a “communications bridge” between authorities and entities
• Providing IT consulting, and the opportunity of professional consulting services within the framework of panel discussions to the member enterprises of VJASZSZ
• Providing feedback on customs- and taxing-related legislative decisions from a tech point of view
• Based on the concept of legislation, planning the implementation, identifying and proposing solutions to practical problems
• Collecting the IT-related needs of entities, and, related to that, representing entities in front of authorities
• Preparing solutions to entities’ daily operations problems. Providing new, innovative solutions and services to help the member enterprises of VJASZSZ.
