Régens is a solid partner, who provides reliable service to support the use of its systems, any further development, and stay up-to-date with changes in the law.

We design our service package to meet our clients' individual needs.

The following services are included in client support and maintenance:

Helpdesk – You can contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or via fax. Incoming emails are continuously monitored by our colleagues, who contact you promptly upon receipt.

Hotline – If you need urgent help, our colleagues are also available via phone weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Additional support is available onsite or at our offices.
