(in the field of customs)
Job description
• Provision of 1st level client support in the field of customs clearance
• Managing phone calls and answering e-mails
• Participation in software implementation project
• Technical support at presentations, workshops, trainings
• Maintenance and revision of documents, user guides
• Software testing
• Monitoring of software releases in cooperation with the IT support team

We prefer if you have…
1-2 years work experience
university degree in finance and/or logistics
good level of English
