We would like to inform our clients and who are interested that the next customs workshop will take place on 8th June 2011 starting at 13:00 pm at the Tulip Inn Budapest Millennium Hotel.


This traditional workshop is organized by the Hungarian Customs Union.


It always addresses the most current customs related questions of economic operators and software developers. Participants are able to discuss specific topics with experts of the specific fields.

Main topic: Customs related IT developments and changes in 2011

Detailed program:

  • Customs declarations: automatic outlet of precedent identifications on customs declaration, mandatory precedent identifications (necessity of unification and division in Arureg, (control of acceptance of precedent data)
  • EBEJ: Electronic declaration used in local customs clearance procedure, reasons and purpose of implementation, the tasks of local simplified licensees at application , technical realization)
  • New rules at electronic presentation to customs: authorization procedure will be changed, acceptance of authorized sender/addressee status in case of electronic presentation to customs. Utilization scope of technical EKVA licences
  • Other changes affecting international applications: NCTS , ICS, ECS


Informal professional consultation is held after the presentations.
