Régens’ contracting activity for 2012 shows an expansion in „premium services”.
Till the previous years, Régens-developed software products were proved basically with a Standard Service Pack. It contains services, such as tracking legislation and release new versions corresponding to new legislations, emergency Hot-Line and general, electronic Help-desk services, a constant availability to handle bugs or errors.
However, we have discovered especially since 2011 that more and more clients of Régens want to concentrate on their main activity clearly. Accordingly, they want to use the supplier (in this case us) to grant not just business-supporting-software but extensive additional services, even the whole operation.
